Our offerings include functional desk accessories, home and office organizers, décor items, utility products, and made-to-order custom designs based on customer requirements.

All products are designed for everyday use, durability, and sustainability.

We aim to respond to all queries within 24 business hours.

Since most of our products are custom-made and 3D printed, returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Product damaged during transit
  • Manufacturing defect
  • Incorrect item delivered

Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with photos or videos for verification. 

To help us verify transit-related or manufacturing issues accurately, we strongly request customers to record a clear video of the unboxing process at the time of delivery.

Return or replacement requests for damaged, defective, or incorrect items will be accepted only if an unboxing video is provided as proof.

Requests submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for return or replacement.

This policy helps us ensure fair and prompt resolution for all customers.

Custom or personalized products are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Approved refunds or replacements are processed within 5–7 business days.
